Anton advises Russian and foreign companies on M&A deals (including acquisitions and divestments, due diligence and post-acquisition integration), corporate and commercial law (including intra-group restructuring, corporate disputes and large-scale supplies) and labor law (including employment of top managers, terminations and collective bargaining agreements).
Since 2020 Anton has been a member of the steering group of the North-West Regional Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB), actively participates in AEB and SPIBA events, and speaks at events of the Dutch Consulate and Austrian Trade Mission in St. Petersburg.
